请高手帮忙看下这些翻译

由于最近公司要引进激光项目，所以有些资料需要翻译，无奈小的原来是做等离子的，对于激光很多地方不懂，很多专业词汇也不知道，有些翻译直接用翻译软件或者在线翻译也做不好，希望有高手看到能指点一二。

还有个问题。。有一段 compatible with IPG F53/F50,OH2/OH3 or QBH collimators
与XXOOOOXX准直系统兼容
中间的那些是什么。。我查了一下IPG貌似是一个公司啊，QBH的话是一个光束增强器？
