Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly

1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.
" L2 {- ^) j7 h$ l4 H# r, j* ?2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment8 Y. X2 i5 b- ~5 w" w
3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;4 V+ e. v8 k6 i& G1 K9 d
4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .8 Y+ r# N' l5 Y6 l, e5 s
5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition * q; i0 j( a0 q
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost

8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project; 0 k8 ]! m8 U1 X8 b+ x
Qualifications and Requirements
1 y6 w& q+ R: h ? h+ w3 J; y1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering # J8 X7 |: ]2 z$ k# K# ]
2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting, t3 m* r: h4 u, I3 z1 T l$ f/ R
3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
' @: R/ b- s- o8 |9 L5 m6 P% ^4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system q$ ^' N6 F1 L. o0 S$ z; L+ V1 c
5. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility # A& |6 n" C" }9 q3 J4 X/ V
6. Able to read and speak English (conversation level) ; I% {/ k- z6 _8 W# k
