Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Summary of Responsibility
Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;
4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .
5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;
Qualifications and Requirements
( T+ |9 B) {- Q n7 O1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering
2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system
5. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility
6. Able to read and speak English (conversation level)

机械类,学历可以放宽到大专,但是要求技术能力比较好,经验丰富.
薪资都是可谈的,我只是把最低的写上来了.

提供机械/电气维修服务（安装、故障诊断、维修）保障生产正常运转。
如果能搞懂“设备故障诊断”一项，就很厉害了。工作职责整那么多，就像个打杂的。看要求太简单了。

1．确保维修的所有环境，健康和安全（安全卫生）的要求和目标。保持适当的事务中所有的维修工作。
2．计划和执行日常维护及辅助生产设备！
3．负责新设备的安装和试运行
4．诊断和调查机械故障。确保所有设备的平稳运行，满足生产要求。
5．不断提高设备的可靠性，采取预防性行动，保持设备完好/年
6．积极推荐节约维修成本的建议
7．与外部承包商的设备维修和零配件；监督承包商保证向执行任务的要求和遵循安全的工作程序
8．教练团队管理和机械技术员。支持维修主管进行保养维修计划，并实施合作项目；
资格和要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械工程专业!
2.3年以上机械维修工作经验，擅长处理维修故障。
3.懂得机械与工具的设计和加工，可以阅读和绘制二维和三维绘图
4.熟悉液压气动控制系统
5.具有良好的团队合作精神和较强的责任意识
6.能够阅读和讲英语（会话水平）

职位应该是在企业的工程部，主要是减少short time ,breakdown ，提高oee之类吧...学不到什么的，三年经验，税前，价位也不是很有竞争力呀

● 负责机械备件的计划与落实；
● 负责设备机械部分的改造和完善；
● 负责设备机械故障的诊断排除；
● 负责现场机械问题及时处理；
● 负责项目费用的计划与预算；
● 参与设备的选型，安装，调试及验收；
● 参与设备管理；
● 负责员工培训。
