Cimatron 2005年度亏损四百六十万美元，六年来累计亏损一千五百万美元， 开发部成本进一步大幅度缩减。

+ U0 e/ v, v  b. o8 gthe trend of falling sales and increasing losses.  Sales for the whole year
were down from $23.2 million in 2004 to $20.9 last year, a drop of 10%, and
6 e/ K% Q; G0 qdown from $6.4 million in Q4 of 2004 to $5.4 million in the last quarter of
8 e! ?: c# V( h% f# |/ B9 K2005, a drop of 15%.  Thus, not only are sales in decline but the rate of
, N" M* @5 Y' [9 C& Kdecline is increasing.
* g! r# I3 P- t/ rCimatron's net loss for the year was $4.6 million, of which $1.7 million was
. K( r. M3 L* F$ I! d2 {  hincurred in the final quarter.  This latest result means that Cimatron has
lost more than $15 million since 1999.
Development expenditure in the final quarter showed a dramatic drop.  After
# M0 W& u" \% I: g3 s; J  ebeing about the same as 2004 for the first three quarters, the expenses were
down from $1.6 million in Q4 2004 to only $863,000 in Q4 2005, a reduction
of over 46%.  In contrast, selling, general and administrative expenses were
. D1 G* j7 X% ?up from $14 million in 2004 to $15.7 million in 2005.
$ o  |1 c. A, L: FOverall, the value of Cimatron, that is, the value of its assets less the
, ~' H4 H' m4 I+ N# u. F# vvalue of its liabilities, has fallen from $12.8 million at the end of 2004
: u/ M( W' F9 rto $8 million at the end of last year.  At the current rate, the company
