Key Responsibilities
% u: K2 `. q. O$ H) S! D$ v• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
# |9 P& @) p8 `& G• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.0 `" a( v r5 H2 m( k
• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
+ o/ Z* V/ i+ M$ T m# Z, x• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.. M3 l; M) D8 c$ b, F
• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
: d+ z2 Y5 t- E0 R. d4 ?6 t• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production. & y6 q$ t+ U; i6 u2 E) W: ?2 e T
• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.

• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.( Z6 c) I0 q7 U& i% X9 M
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.9 k) K% ?: n: E/ e- J6 q
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.+ G* T& o: c2 U1 Q1 X
• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.2 K6 x# R) x5 x6 M) y# L
• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.
5 v4 q6 ]; |$ \) [. U. b6 Y# g% O• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.7 X7 }' ^' Q! W5 j. v
• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.$ T5 w3 _1 Y. u L* H
• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
