有没有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作?

不知道各位大大身边是否有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作呢,年龄可以放宽到60岁,年薪优厚。% u3 k  y& L4 a$ V- S# S

看重外籍,大概是希望有张“国际化”的脸面吧,欧美的就困难了,来国内教个英语都要十几k月薪,做操作工,可能要翻倍才愿意来吧。

4 G; W1 H8 v  l% S' [# W0 i9 @我认识得的超过60岁了,经验和能力都没问题,但都是基于不同产品,没有所有产品都精通的全才。
  n7 K0 W2 D& I: k: t以某一类产品为前提,从毛坯到成品,包括刀夹量辅,从工艺到检测,至少做顾问没有问题。

谢谢上面,行家扎堆的地方就是不一样,外籍是客户要求(个人认为如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上机加工经验那么华人亦可),年薪在70-80万RMB吧视经验而定,至于产品吗可以以TTI的产品为参考,另外要强调一点的是这不是一个管理岗,不需要带团队,像楼上所说的更像一个顾问,稍后我把工作描述贴出来

2 F/ b" B( \6 f& LExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

看工作描述挺实在的,这个要求,确实找外籍的比较现实
