4 B, w& u- s1 l0 I+ hExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.9 r' g# b4 T2 D1 J6 `' F

. u) f8 v. q* u2 i4 G• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
. r2 f8 c! k( _ T" D• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
" f/ A, X: H' q• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.9 c @) Y, d, l7 q) B, q
• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
5 H. D r6 c" S4 |• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
6 i( r5 m1 u2 x, ]7 Y• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production. 3 h: C7 o" U6 b

3 K; \: {: m$ X9 y" m' n$ I7 \• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.# X0 j, u7 D {. T
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
* Q8 w8 A0 P( ^& U• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software./ q7 y% C# C8 }+ y% K
• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
, M6 X3 W0 B4 ^9 X( W6 ]• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.9 `9 k5 `0 P0 g/ V8 w# @7 _0 F
• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
0 h" @% S: t, O& f• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
! l4 x6 s8 b3 I9 A* ]• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration., I1 w8 [6 `% n+ e/ i6 G/ [

• Be able to work effectively and efficiently.
