2 F/ b" B( \6 f& LExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

Key Responsibilities
# l# y# A' X5 M$ @& O5 ]• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
' ^$ ?6 o# c+ Z+ S3 L" l2 k• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
& H$ B+ T& U9 X/ B% W0 I: k1 B• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.4 n; r: U8 T/ v7 @9 g# U _" R
• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
* D) _) G$ |6 [) X+ q9 C4 `• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
9 D. H+ w$ Y7 C$ I; ^2 l- Z Z• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production. + Z: n% S( ^3 p# Y$ w& g% _
• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.9 J7 r, Y% h9 _3 F" j8 R
• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.

• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.) j7 @1 @0 A5 g/ F% z! O
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.% ]* b+ F1 Z9 M3 G* z
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
( Z. ]' i& z* M O8 N" y; x• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
# d- q1 W5 A# v- Q3 l• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.+ X" D) o: X, G! l X8 l& {7 ?/ \
• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
* i# z4 s. \$ d% V• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
: S# D3 v- Z* W& Q, m• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
. k$ y3 c0 K2 v# m1 N& R! o, k• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.
