今天看了个电影《乔布斯传》，里面有一段文字让我很受启发，原文是这样写的：

+ {( D9 T7 C3 U1 c9 ~8 }/ N看到这样的文字总是让人充满激情，同时，也难免会对比一下时下的单位，话说昨晚和今晚连续两天加班，昨晚做个一新BOM，今天一天无大事，今晚继续做昨晚的新BOM。是着急吗？是白天的时间不够用吗？还是领导都太忙了晚上才知道有什么事情需要你做？总之，我觉得国企的很多人貌似以加班为乐趣，白天可以有时间抽烟喝水打牌唠嗑，晚上就得留下来加班，周末就是来几个小时也得来加个班。他们加班加的是时间，而不是完全的为了加活，貌似拉着年轻人一起加班也是一种乐趣，或是向更上一级领导炫耀我们的团队是多么刻苦。

而实际上，我认为是花费了剧多的时间拖拉懒散的做事情，没有执行力没有规划性没有效率和成绩，完全打乱你的个人生活，这样的工作氛围是让人觉得不舒服的。多加班不给钱这样的思路貌似早已根深蒂固，只有感受了你才能明白，这样的大环境是有多大的侵蚀能力来腐蚀你。
