我在做金属切削仿真，在金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格，但是在网格检查时出现自适应不能使用单元畸变控制！！！

Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control. , v; n. o( w& E7 v4 A

7 Z8 B& l s# m! O, ~但是不用网格畸变控制吧，又出现了网格畸变问题：
