With an optical comparator, measure the reference surface to the furthest "measurable" basic pitch diameter away from the reference surface. 外螺纹是很容易测准确的,关键是在于内螺纹,我们也遇到这个问题,要求螺纹深度公差0.1,用螺纹塞规测是需要减去前面半个不完整牙。但这也达不到测量精度,我们也还在继续思考中。加退刀槽是不到脑筋的,能加还不早加了。
