金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格时出现不能使用单元畸变控制

  I* Y) g8 _. o' L, z, j% @我在做金属切削仿真，在金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格，但是在网格检查时出现自适应不能使用单元畸变控制！！！
( @" F0 s0 N" }问题描述如下：
Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.
/ c1 |, w7 B; F3 `5 M! e8 oDomain name: assembly_adapt
Abaqus/Explicit Packager exited with an error - Please see the  status file for possible error messages if the file exists.

但是不用网格畸变控制吧，又出现了网格畸变问题：
The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
8 t, e0 ~9 @0 ~! ~6 xThe elements in element set ErrElemZeroALEMass-Step1 have zero or negative mass.
/ |" T- ]0 j% }. N! }Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
There are a total of        60 excessively distorted elements.
