Fabrication(EBF3),电子束无模成形制造技术。是目前最为先进的直接制造技术(Direct Manufacturing),它可以从计算机3D模型直接成型出机械零件。与现有的快速成型技术(RP,rapid prototyping)不同的是,EBF3技术可以直接成型钛(titanium)、镍( nickel)、不锈钢(stainless steel)和其它有较高熔点的合金(refractory alloys)零件。EBF3将改变传统的金属加工制造模式,随着这一技术的进一步成熟,EBF3将首先应用于航空制造业、军工制造业和汽车制造业,大大缩短零件制造周期,减少原材料浪费,降低成本;并且有利于太空零件加工和空间设备维修。 % d) s' }, {! |5 T3 G3 N/ Z
