画螺纹出现的问题

谢大家,我也是按照草图-----选基准面------画圆-------插入螺旋线------等等的程序来画螺纹线的,  但是,每当做到 [插入螺旋线]这一步时,就会出现死机,并出现如下英文,不知怎么回事,请大家帮帮我,我是新手,

   Runtime Error !

   Program:  F:  \ solidworks 2007\ SLDWORKS.exe

   This application  has  requested  the  Runtime  to  terminate  it  in  an  unusual  way  ,Please  contact  the

   application's  support  team  for  more  information.

软件安装的有问题吧，可能要重新安装了！
