该用ISO9001-2008中的哪一条应对?

各位大侠你们好,小弟有一件事向各位请教请各位多多指点!!!
" a. e9 }5 n0 {. e+ E3 x我们是一个外贸公司，最近从我们的供应商哪边移走模具,供应商给我们发了一个邮件说他们工厂在未经许可以的条件下是不准让我们拍照的,
8 D. @, R8 C' v而我只是在移模具的过程中对我们的模具进拍照留下移走时的状态照片,我是在他们的写字楼对我们的模具进行拍照的也当着他们工厂最高负责人员的面做的这些事情,我并没有在他们工厂生产重地以及他们工厂的技术重地带相机进去进行拍照，我只是借用了他们的相机拍了而已请看他们邮件：

As per our tel conversation , We have already issue the control measure of using our camera.

But following is still have to be noted by QC

the taking of photographs in our factory not allowed,

Except those for taking relevant products of your company’s  

or had been authorized by the factory.

Any unauthorized usage/application of

the information gain through our internal network,

the pictures taken of our factory

or other products except your company’s ,

Might  lead to legal actions to the person whom unauthorized used:

请告之该用ISO9001-2008中的哪一条应对?
