有没有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作？
不知道各位大大身边是否有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作呢，年龄可以放宽到60岁，年薪优厚。外籍？ 外地户籍，还是外国户籍？？ 外籍就是外籍，外地就是外地。
看重外籍，大概是希望有张“国际化”的脸面吧，欧美的就困难了，来国内教个英语都要十几k月薪，做操作工，可能要翻倍才愿意来吧。 找阿三吧，工资没有欧美高。 LZ说具体一点吧，比如：

我认识得的超过60岁了，经验和能力都没问题，但都是基于不同产品，没有所有产品都精通的全才。
以某一类产品为前提，从毛坯到成品，包括刀夹量辅，从工艺到检测，至少做顾问没有问题。
年薪和工作类型，工作量，压力等等有关 谢谢上面，行家扎堆的地方就是不一样，外籍是客户要求（个人认为如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上机加工经验那么华人亦可），年薪在70-80万RMB吧视经验而定，至于产品吗可以以TTI的产品为参考，另外要强调一点的是这不是一个管理岗，不需要带团队，像楼上所说的更像一个顾问，稍后我把工作描述贴出来 以下是工作描述，暂时只有英文版的，
Position: Expatriate Machining Expert
Reports to: Operations Director
Working Location: Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, CHN

Expert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.
• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.
• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.
• Optimize and improve current process to achieve best efficiency and cost.

• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.
• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently.
• Reading English is required.
• Hydraulic product experience is a plus.
Leadership Competencies Required
• Be independent to take immediate, correct actions without being pushed.
• Excellent communicator.
• Create and maintain an effective communication atmosphere in and out of the dept. with a timely, high quality manner.
