岗位职责1、学历/专业/职称：统招本科及以上学历；
2、计算机操作：Ansys软件、HyperMesh软件、Optistruct软件、ANSA软件、MSC系列软件、Ls-dyna软件、Pro/E软件，LMS系列软件，Matlab，C++；
3、专门知识/技能：掌握有限单元法、振动力学、弹塑性力学、断裂力学、理论力学、材料力学、疲劳理论
刚看了一个招聘，废话不说，直接转过来：
工作职责：
1、工作装置静强度CAE分析：运用Ansa软件对工作装置进行离散化，运用HyperMesh软件对有限元模型进行装配模拟，运用Radioss或Optistruct求解器进行计算，运用HyperView软件进行后处理，并对不合理的设计提出改进意见；
2、工作装置动力学及疲劳分析：运用Adams软件建立工作装置机构运动模型，运用Ansa、HyperMesh、Ansys（或Nastran软件）获得部件的中性模态文件，并在Adams软件中进行刚柔耦合动力学分析；
3、将动力学结果导入疲劳软件DesignLife进行疲劳寿命计算。根椐疲劳分析结果出具CAE计算报告
我对能写出这个招聘条件的牛人很好奇啊，做过软件支持吗？
太强了 这些都玩溜了，月薪3万以上了，还不易招到，
用这些东西玩，替大型公司做这个，人头钱一万美元，你坐屋里，人家在外面排队，生意不会断， 呵呵，这个招聘很强大。
不过据说三一用的人家的分析软件还是盗版的。

岗位职责Qualifications
Requires a BS or higher technical degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field, and 10+ years of previous experience in heavy machinery or automotive industry, with minimum 5+ year experience in CAE. Must have in-depth knowledge in Finite Element Analysis, be proficient with engineering analysis for industrial applications, and have strong problem solving skills. Must be proficient in CAE tools, such as ABAQUS, IDEAS, NASTRAN, ANSYS, or equivalent tools. Skills in product design, product and process design, development or research of products, components or systems, and customer relations are needed. 6-Sigma experience is a strong plus. Excellent human relations and communications skills are necessary.
Desirable Qualifications
Design or testing experience of machine components and systems in heavy machinery or automotives
Manufacturing experience in heavy machinery or automotives
Responsibilities
Act as a CAE expert in analysis and simulation team to provide technical solutions to Caterpillar product & system development.
The person needs to act as a technical expert in the area of product development and validation to resolve issues and challenges. The person will be responsible for working with customers to understand the requirements, develop the technical scope and plan, and deliver the solutions to customer meeting time, cost and quality goal. This person is also a mentor to the engineers in the related systems or functional areas, and focus on how and insure a common approach and implementation of the best practices. The person will stay current with technology within Caterpillar and within the industry and play a key role in aligning those technologies with customer requirements
