角接触轴承背对背组合时,根据受力的方向,外圈的厚端面,即“背面”本来就是贴在一起的,没有间隙,楼主的轴承配置图外圈端盖对配对的轴向游隙起不到作用,只能起到固定外圈轴向位置的作用,要调整背对背组合轴承的轴向游隙大小只能通过调整内圈的位置,预载荷配置时,轴承外圈宽端面是略微凸出与内圈窄端面的,当两套轴承的内圈窄端面在外力作用下贴紧时,此时轴向游隙为负值,即为预载荷配置,轴承套圈和钢球轻微变形,轴一般不能用手轻易转动。反之,面对面组合需压紧外圈。合适的预载荷配置的轴系刚度高,且高速性能更好,但预载荷过大轴承发热严重,轴承寿命会大幅降低。

两组内圈要之间要适配垫圈,调配游隙。现在你可以试试:把内圈锁紧螺母退一点---即加大轴承滚珠游隙

就发热原因,应该是内圈预紧力过大造成的,解决方法是增加内隔圈;这个实际加工难度较大,永久性解决方案是只使用1对角接触就可以了,中间的两套去掉,如果承载很大,可以考虑中间使用滚针或者CRB轴承填充。

两组轴承间衬套厚度与内孔台阶的厚度尺寸要控制好,可以考虑单端台阶,内外圈衬套。这样内外圈衬套可以磨,尺寸好控制
