ANSYS安装后出现问题，请教

The following licensing error was encountered while attempting to retrieve available licenses:

Unable to connect to the license server.

Either the license manager is down,or the client cannot communicate correctly with the license server.

Please see the ANSYS,Inc.Licensing Guide’s Troublehooting section for more information.

ANSYS 11.0安装后出现这个问题是什么情况啊？求指点。。。。。。。。急急急急
