1. Technical support and technical training for sales engineers;
2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;

6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
. s8 H( I) f0 I4 M$ v9 ]+ W7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
4 r& g$ j5 ~9 @; ?5 ?4 y/ T% {8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;

Qualifications Request:
1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;

) E5 X0 k  K- |+ {1 R, J) c) d3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
* L7 [& P. X, I; y4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
Responsibility：
1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
  X% m) G  a( t6 ]3 O3 A2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
the machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
and final acceptance of machine;
8 X( T! c( u6 ~  [5 z! ~4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
4 f6 ]" R9 q8 Fservice engineers and customers on grinding technology;
6 d: S# J% _4 b& k9 t; a5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
customer on the field of tool grinding process;
6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
6 @  ]5 s3 ^2 @. y' V7. Visit customers for sales support
, T  ~, [" \2 K8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

2 j. o4 |. L9 X; ~* J1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
  K2 r% w% U; w0 r0 [electrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
- O1 E5 D: D& V2 {* Q& v9 N. [5 r2. 5+ years related working experience;
3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
4. Proved project management skills

6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
