Job descriptions:

2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,

5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
4 h0 f( c: E3 X( ?+ Y: W5 a6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
; v5 ^. |5 [+ G# O9 b* }; {0 `' U8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;

1 Q, l6 ]* a3 G/ `$ L( K5 v1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
3 ]7 S& {* Y% }, g3 e8 [$ L0 H$ u3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
/ |  M8 w7 Y9 ?5 K2 S4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
Responsibility：
; ^8 ?0 m0 t5 k8 V, E/ [1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
" \" b0 E$ p' _& R4 r! i7 o2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
the machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
) A1 K/ V+ K/ s- W2 U8 K% ]3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
$ L8 T$ G1 g$ r8 E3 {$ Tand final acceptance of machine;
) {% a7 E$ A7 Q% W6 H4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
service engineers and customers on grinding technology;
4 u4 b- H& {9 F5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
customer on the field of tool grinding process;
6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
7. Visit customers for sales support
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
2 f  z1 q( _/ `7 rRequirements：
1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
electrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
( R# J% [) w7 O' x2. 5+ years related working experience;
( f: r! y  r) Q# ^) G4 X3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
- {* ~# f. i6 {$ `0 I2 G3 e& t4. Proved project management skills
7 N5 R4 }) ]+ g+ x$ d1 O# v# A5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work

6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
