2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
2 W+ b# A; o; H, \5 j, P. A9 c5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;

10. Finish other tasks assigned by the CTO.

# x% ?/ A' w; V8 B2 H" b( ^) ]5 R% r1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
" e: Q- b- d' J" n2. 10+ years related working experience;
8 e9 i6 j3 F/ h# u2 ~! W3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
Responsibility：
! l* U) A. l" q2 `  C1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
the machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
4 _8 Y5 p3 P/ d) s3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
7 C- w0 P& C, x: Rand final acceptance of machine;
3 v  ^* s$ f* m1 T8 f1 ]4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
0 X2 c& v0 r& @6 w8 x  v; _service engineers and customers on grinding technology;
5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
customer on the field of tool grinding process;
+ j! [7 U% e9 {! W5 S& V9 _3 s5 ]6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
5 f: v" C8 Z+ j2 W# O7. Visit customers for sales support
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Requirements：
1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
electrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
2. 5+ years related working experience;
3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
) H+ F" m1 t- j/ L2 v, R# q4. Proved project management skills
5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work
- h! t( T3 O) Iindependently;
/ T  l7 z* D+ G5 ?5 j# X6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
7. Average English skills both on written and oral;
