Contact the company and claim any/all of the following: 

1 - You are in the maintenance dept, fix stuff yourself, and can make your own purchases. 

2 - You are on a long term jobsite which will last more than six months or so. 

3 - You run a machine shop with at least 4 other employees. 

Always be sure to order with a company name as they do not like selling to individuals. 

NEVER say you are in the purchasing department as they will not send to purchasing agents.
