Valve sizing andperformance estimation for electrohydraulic servo systems is a necessarystep if therequired performance is to be assured. On some occasions the valve itselfprovides anatural limit to performance, either in terms of maximum flow rates andthereforeactuatorvelocities, or else in terms of the dynamic performance (as described by thevalvefrequencyresponse). In the later case the valve performance limits the control gainandsoalso the closedloop dynamic behaviour and static accuracy.



In other situations thecharacteristics of

the actuator andload being drivenprovide a limitto the closed loopperformance whichwill not be improvedeven with thefastest, highest flowing ormost accurate ofservo valves.



Separating thesethings out and

optimisingperformance but without overspecifying thevalve is not alwaysobvious, andgenerally requires a numberof calculationsto be undertaken. In thisApplication Notea spreadsheet is usedfor this purpose.A minimal amount ofdata entry isrequired from which themaximum drivecapabilities and closedloop static anddynamic performance isestimated.

就是太贵,伺服阀G761都快一万八,伺服液压系统造价比较高,还得配伺服运动控制器,伺服油缸,磁致位移传感器。
