好象楼主没太花工夫自己翻译一下。好象在泛泛的问。
我说几个词，楼主自己试着翻一下：(有些要结合上下文)
mounting 有安装的意思
tap 攻螺纹
thread 螺纹

上述是在技术条件提到的。大概意思也许是：遮盖住螺纹孔后再油漆tap 孔。
望各位大侠们指教！

可以刷漆以后攻螺孔，或将螺孔遮盖起来（刷漆）。
