玩的了设计，能带得了500w+研发项目或2000W+的工程项目，沿海基本上是20W+

这个吗，你得走管理岗位，如果有能力，机会也比较好，5到8年，那个时候，你会发现，你的工资只是你收入的一部分甚至很小一部分。

先自己要有基础，然后找个靠谱的单位，熬上5-10年，基本上就可以了。哈哈，千万不要瞎跳，那个行当都没入门呢，就跑到人家的行业了，像俺，30多还打杂，怎么拿高工资？哈哈，俺师傅刚离职，据说每月工资小3万，工资是年收入的三分之一，这就是积累吧，哈哈

如果自己啥也不会，又不坚持积累，工程师想这个就无疑像做梦。有时候看身边家伙的收入其实挺有意思的，看有些大学毕业的，干了好几年，还拿2、3千，也有一毕业就1万左右还嫌少的，你说咋回事？比别人少鼻子少嘴，显然不是！

坛子里大侠说，英雄不问出处，但如果你出去好了，一般也差不了，因为至少代表你前段时间努力了，或者你爹努力了，哈哈

Responsibilities:
Product Design using UG NX CAD design software.
Design of welded structures and related assemblies.
Assembly and detail drawings and bills of materials.
Product Improvements Investigates and provides solutions for highly complex problems developing intricate layouts of design details.
Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for obtaining results

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements
Associates Degree in CAD Engineering, or equivalent practical experience using current UG NX 3D modeling software.
Proven experience in the manufacturing of heavy equipment or related industry.
Preferred Requirements
Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Microsoft Office applications.
Experience designing welded structures.
Experience designing hydraulic/electrical control systems desired.
Experience with structural analysis and FEA desirable.
