生产摩托车启动臂,在表面电镀后出现脱皮现象--[请教]

<P>各位好!</P>

这种现象在常规电镀中也是常有的事,一二句话难说清楚。其中某一道工序出现问题就有此现象。比如前处理,电解液的成份,温度,电流密度,清洗等。问题出现最多的是光亮剂。

我们在生产中也遇到类似的问题.只能和外协单位多协调沟通,看有什么好方法.质量也不是很稳定.

电镀前没处理好

一电镀前清洗不干净
二电镀工艺问题(电镀厂解决)
三,打底电镀素材太薄,表面电镀素材太厚.(打底素材太薄会影响到附着力)
