Job description:· Be responsible for the design and fabrication of optical-mechanical components, the integration of electro-optical parts into various laser medical systems.· Establish the infrastructure for manufacturing mechanical parts- machining, plastics injections and also assembly.· Be involved with the development of advanced laser applications, including precision engineering of optical components and systems.Applications include laser and medical systems.· The successful applicant will join a growing research and development group activity pursuing new products and thus must be a person who is a team player and who has initiative, willingness to take responsibility for development tasks, and a desire for growth and opportunity across a variety of products.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer from a respected university,MS. or Ph.D. is a plus.· Knowledge and experience with international companies- medical and optical are preferred.· Knowledge and experience with mechanical parts manufacturing technologies.· 3+ years of experience using the design tool AutoCAD, Solid Works or Pro/E. · Knowledge of conventional manufacturing and fabrication technologies.· Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the group and global colleagues. 应该不止这个数，:victory: 只是穿了个英文马甲,实际只是招低级马仔光学,光电研究所里,比这要求水平高得多的一抓一大把 一个差不多的外企指明了要MS. or Ph.D.，那么这个数字估计是没有问题的 这个数的薪水没有任何问题，国内玩光-机-电一体化的非常少，甭听哪里有什么样的家伙，有多牛？喊来一问就完全不那么回事，这是一个系统东西，没有几个会玩的，有他说的这个水平，那个学历的，都在自己玩，哪里肯给人家打工？几乎不可能，

激光管是找潘教授烧的，他在东三环外面有一个小工作室，几乎是全能的，管子当时到500瓦，给欧洲订非标管子，水平可以吧，
光-机-电一体化不好玩，尤其玩新东西，不是找几个东西攒一下的事情，假如全新的设计，要水平的， 呵呵咱就是瞧瞧的呢哈哈
