JD：To produce designs based on existing styles with regard to cost performance and manufacturing abilities. To improve company systems and processes with regard to the engineering performance and accuracy of information. To apply engineering knowledge to improve product in terms of cost and performance. To produce designs and costings in a timely manner to enable sales to quote to customers. To identify opportunities to improve designs and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
To produce designs of clamps and clamping systems. Basing new designs on existing product styles and developing new and innovative solutions where necessary.
Developing product costings in support of the quotation activity from raw material costs and manufacturing methods and times obtained from production engineers. Production of samples for customers using the rapid sample process.
Tasks
Process enquiries from enquiry entry to quotation using a variety of software.
Visit customers in support of the technical aspects of applications and problem solving
Convert orders for new designs into manufacturing drawings and data.
Processing Order control sheets
Deciding on modification requests
Part number revisions and cross referencing
Part number system improvements
Product, material and process rationalisations
Obtaining rapid samples in support of customer applications
Process and product development projects as defined by the Director of Engineering
Maintain awareness of health and safety issues with regard to yourself and colleagues
Organise workload in association with drawing office and sales colleagues
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping.
It is expected that the role will develop to include other activities as the business develops and new requirements are made on the engineering support required by sales and production.

其他的都能符合。英语差点行不行啊，有基础，二个月可达到基本交流。 是过程工艺工程师，我以前在汽车行业做过，一些工艺文件ODS，一些简单的夹具设计之类的，大多是面向的都是成熟产品的工艺，至于文中说其他的，基本算CD，呵呵。 26个英文字母我居然能全认识激动啊激动 ！！！
