额,自己翻译了一些,不知道怎么样,望大家批评指正............
    实验教学是高等学校理工科教学中的重要组成部分,因为实验教学不仅仅是学生获得知识的重要途径,而且对培养学生的综合素质、实际工作能力、科学研究能力和创新能力都具有十分重要的作用。而液压与气压传动是机械类专业必修的专业基础课,是一门实践性很强的课程,所以现代液压教学不只是单纯教授学生理论知识,更应加强学生实际动手能力的锻炼。
   Experiment teaching is an important part of Higher school Science teaching . The experiment teaching can not only help students to obtain knowledge, but also play an important role incultivating students' comprehensive quality, actual work ability, scientific research ability and the innovation ability. And then the hydraulic and pneumatic transmission program is Compulsory specialized fundamental course of Machinery specialized. Somodern hydraulic program should not only teaching student theory knowledge, but also to reinforce the students’ practical ability of exercise.

现有液压实验台控制系统由PLC、计算机控制(计算机内部装有数据采集卡,用来完成对比例阀和伺服阀的测试)、手动、自动控制等方式组成。液压实验台的自动化程度比较高。但随着液压技术和计算机技术的高速发展,现有的液压实验台也有一定的局限性,主要表现在下面两个方面:

(1)液压实验台测试压力较低、输出流量比较小。从成本和学生使用安全角度考虑,目前实验室内的两台试验台,一台压力为15MPa左右,另一台最高压力为22MPa左右。变量泵液压系统的最大输出流量为32L/min,定量泵液压系统的额定流量为12L/min。
2)现有液压实验台可以做通用液压元件的实验,却不能满足特殊液压元件(如插装阀和多路换向阀)的测试。
(1)Hydraulic testing bench has the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Out of consideration for the cost and students use safety ,the two test bench in laboratory at present both have the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Quantitative pump hydraulic system has the pressure of below 15MPa and flow below 12L/min,the other one is variable pump system which has the pressure of below 22MPa and flow below 32L/min.
(2)The existing hydraulic test bench can test experiments of general hydraulic components while as can't test special hydraulic components(such as cartridge valves and multi-way directional valve).

    综合上面两个原因,如果想使液压实验技术和液压技术的发展同步,可以采取优化现有液压实验台的方法来实现。本文中,在参考YCS-DII电液伺服比例实验台的基础上,完成实验台优化中增设液压回路的设计,完成优化液压实验台电气系统并绘制出相应的控制图。通过仿真软件AMESim的应用,为增设液压回路建立仿真模型并设置参数,从而得到比较合理的液压系统和比较理想的元件参数。
   Comprehensive consideredtwo reasons above,if we want to creating a synchronous development of experiment and technology in hydraulic ,we should optimize the existing hydraulic test bench. In this paper,have finished the design of hydraulic loop which are added in experimental platform optimization design in reference to theYCS – DIIelectro-hydraulic Servo proportion experimental platform. Completedthe Electrical system design and Mappped out the Control system graph of Hydraulic test bench. Established Simulation model for Adding hydraulic loop and then Set parameters for them in AMESim software .
