呵呵，你说的那个很细的程序多半可能是中国人做的代工，但是在日本人明确要求下做的。中国人也没问题，只是需要科学和严格管理。我感觉华为那样的公司就行。Re: 学习日本鬼子一板一眼的态度
程序是我们老大从日本原程序上直接打印出来的,勿容置疑~~我们中国人也是可以做出精良的程序,这也是可以确定的,因为我看过我们这里第一机床上的原程序~~
的确也相当精良,而且可以看出作者参详日本人做的东西比较灵活的部分(从风格,选择上可以看出)~~

除了学习日本鬼子一板一眼的工作态度之外，还要学习其对自己产品的负责精神。记得86年时进口的日本饮料（灌装）生产线，在安装使用后隔一段不长的时间，日本派人来巡视时看到机器保养得不尽人意，很不高兴并不客气地直接向我们发脾气，说机器虽然卖了给我们，但他们不愿意看到他们的孩子受到虐待。当时我们的一些人员还不已为然，真惭愧！ 我发现，日本和德国人都特别认真，难怪他们的技术能那么好~~~ 老鹰 发表于 2006-10-22 20:16 static/image/common/back.gif

这几句太重要的。
但是，能做到的很少很少，都在竞底，拼价格。
我现在的公司也是这样，遗留下来的作风就是希望设备经常坏（过保后），说这样才有备件做。
有个项目，因为成本原因，加上铸造质量问题（这家供应商一直有问题的，但是就不换，惯性思维），导致返工几次，亏的厉害。如果一次做好，虽然不赚钱，但是不赔信誉。
不知道怎么才能改变老板的观念。
品质是最重要的,再来才是成本！
一定要要求在一定的品质之下来降低成本！
持续改善，其实有时候如果改善质量，增加一定成本可以接受。
