换成带导杆气缸,或者换成关节轴承,或者内衬塑料的滑动直线轴承试试

换大一点的型号试试,买好一点的轴承,要买正品。

受到偏心力了,然后光轴估计镀层不够。如果空间够的话,将两个换成一个放置到气缸上面,然后将光轴加粗,尺量往上问题不大
